Anna Witek-Crabb, prof UEW<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><b>General information<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Management is an <\/span><b>international programme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> designed for those wishing to study <\/span><b>modern business management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and business organizations. The programme places particular emphasis on developing skills and competencies necessary to manage effectively in the <\/span><b>global<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> environment in a <\/span><b>sustainable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> way.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In teaching \u2013 our focus is on <\/span><b>practical<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aspects and cooperation with <\/span><b>business partners<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who participate in many classes, also as Master thesis mentors. We use modern teaching approaches such as project-based learning, games and interdisciplinary <\/span><b>business simulations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme not only provides a good understanding of organizational functions, but also teaches problem solving, leadership skills, communication skills, mindfulness, teamwork, commitment to ethics and environmental awareness.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The programme includes EFQM Business Excellence <\/span><b>certification<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In order to succeed in a constantly changing and turbulent environment, it is essential to consistently communicate core company values, regulations, and policies to people both inside and outside the enterprise.<\/p><p>This module teaches students to execute both internal and external communication effectively, including building strategic relationships with stakeholders such as employees, media, and customers.
